The Hope’s Voice speakers for the 2007–08 school year came across the United States to attend the annual Hope’s Voice training from July 13–15, 2007 in New York City. The weekend was an opportunity for the speakers to come together to be educated, enlighten and rejuvenated.
Each Hope’s Voice speaker is a leader in the community and this crucial weekend helps them build their skills as a Hope’s Voice speaker and as an advocate. The speakers brainstormed on their and Hope’s Voice role in the world of HIV and AIDS.
